Talk to General Surgeon on Chronic Pancreatitis

I have Ch pancreatitis from last two years. calcifications at head of pancreas with dilated pancreatic duct ercp was done multiple times Frey's procedure is also done but still complications also raised igg4 levels no effect of steroids and also secondary diabetes on insulin need help as I'm needy young boy and from last two years almost we have spend 10lacks on my disease but still it is not confirmed what type of pancreatitis is it?? anyone help me or suggest me a suitable dr who doesn't ask for new labs or inquiries plz help 😞😞 waiting for suggestions😕😕
