Talk to General Practitioner on Some White Spot Inside My Cheeks, And Bumps Under My Tongue

I just notice some white spots inside my cheeks and near my throat, and some bumps under my tongue. Is this because of the weather? Or food that I'm eating? Or because of my braces? I'm wearing my braces for almost 2 years, and about to remove after 3 to 4 months.

There is some white or yellowish near my throat, the picture didn't add to my post. I don't feel any pain inside my mouth. No bleeding as well. I always brush my teeth and gargle listerine when woke up after eat and before sleeping. 1 week ago I got sore throat and use betadine gargle and it tainted my teeth. I also took amoxicillin(antibiotic) for 5 days, without prescription. When I got a check up the doctor prescribed panadrex and krameria gargle.
