its been 1 year ago since i've been suffering from Seborrheic Dermatitis , intially i applied oils that it might be a dandruff but with time being it getting worse & now i'm in a position where severe type of itching is going in my hairs & it used to be on its peak during winter season , i recently consulted with doctor not a dermatologist & he asked me to apply a shampoo which has zinc .
Please Guide me that how i can get rid out of it...it makes me feel ashame during occasions bcz it leaves skin layers/dandruff on my Shoulders & Clothes
i would be very Grateful if someone guide me through.
use ketonaz shampoo thrice a week. then after one month use it twice a week.
thanks for ur query...use ketowin shampoo twice weekly for two months and dont wash ur hair with hot water wash with mild warn water and try not use hairdryer or blow dry ur hair very frequently
you need to consult a dermatologist. You can use tea tree oil, it has proven benefit. For social gatherings i would recommend you wash your scalp before going out so the dandruff that gathered has been washed off when you leave and yes shamppos containing zinc and selenium sulphide do help. It can be managed but for proper treatment you have to see a dermatologist and follow up.
