Due to current pandemic most likely she is covid positive xrays and crp are also suggestive of covid
Keep her isolated and have a check on oxygen saturation.
Rest carry medication prescribed by pulmonologist

Azithromycin for 15 days is a bit much. its an antibiotic and therefore should be used for a specified duration only. The rest of the medications are fine. Britanyl is a bronchodilator thats used for asthmatic patient. If your mother is having dry cough only she may need a cough suppressant. It is difficult to suggest anything further without a detailed history and preferably a physical exam. Hope she gets well soon. Also do keep an eye on her oxygen saturation levels. Regards.

Well the recommended dose of azithro is for most cases not more than 500mg daily. We usually prescribe it for 5-7 days only.
