First you should give proper history . How it started and any history of trauma . Then you should go for the X ray of the lumber and consult the doctor after that. Do proper exercises and physiotherapy sessions . And use the pain killers Tab Benze 20mg BD And tab calup-D OD and Tab movax 4mg HS for 7 days

General Practitioner in Hyderabad - Dr. Laraib Abbasi

Dehydration usually causes back pain, plus, you can not rely on pain killers for a permanent cure anyway. Start vitamin B complex and iron supplements for a month and observe if the pain reduces. Postural exercises also help, do not sleep on a mattress if the pain worsens, lastly, drink plenty of water.

General Practitioner in Rawalpindi - Dr. Hira Fatima

Any history of trauma to the back? Does pain go to your hips and down to legs as well? Do you lift weight while doing house chores? Any feeling of numbness in toes of foot or sole of foot? I would like examine you by asking to lift your leg one at a time, I want to see the extent and absence or presence of pain. You should go for Xray L/S spine , if it appears normal and the problem is still there then you’d be recommended MRI. Medicines: 1) Tab movax 2mg x twice daily for 3 days 2) Tab Gabica 50mg once daily for 1 week 3) Tab naproxen sodium 220mg twice daily for 1 week 4) cap risek 20mg x once daily for 1 week. For detailed discussion over your complaint, book an appointment with me so that i may know all your complaints in detail
