Aoa 
Any nerve or neurological issue cause diarrhoea and abdominal pain ?

I have diarrhoea,  abdominal pain and spinal area neck and shoulder pain from few months all Gastroenterologist related tests done and consultation with different gastroenterologists but no any gastro reason found yet , dr said maybe it&acirc;&euro;&trade;s ibs , 
If it&acirc;&euro;&trade;s ibs what cause of nerve or cervical spine pain ?
