It seems like you are suffering from myospasm back muscles and neuropathic pain concurrently. You may probably be feeling pain in your legs too. For myospasm, take a mild muscle relaxant like Tab Nuberol Forte 1 tab at night and for neuropathic pain, take Cap Gabica 75 mg at night and reduce it to 50mg after 1 week. Wait and see. Thanks.
