Talk to General Practitioner on Losing Weight, Yellowish Face Color L, Dark Circles

Okay tell us more about your condition. How does the yellowish skin appearance go away? Do you have a fever, any diarrhea or constipation etc?

A general physician should be your first choice

No everything is fine actually i feel nothing except my face color becomes dull and yellowish and dark circles. But after sleeping all night i believe cause of rest its normal. And one more thing this happens specially when i walk or do some outdoor activity and sweat more any day.

Do you also feel dizzy or lightheaded with palpitations after being active?

No ma'am no symptoms like that.

Okay, how about getting tests done to figure this out. Also, do you have any known medical illness or are you taking any medication for it?

But i have lose weight around 5-7kgs throughout the year i have observed this.

Not any permanent illness or medication. Am willing to go through any tests to figure this out.

Okay get a cbc, urea/creatinine/electolytes, liver function tests and viral markers for hepatitis B and C

I didn't lose weight intentionally or followed any diet im taking routine meals. Im thinking these all symptom are relating to same disease.

Your bilirubin is raised and MCV is low. Did you get viral markers done?

I got these two test reports today. Rest can provide by Monday. But can you please explain the issue in these reports atleast is there something serious ma'am?

Your MCV is low and red blood cells are high in number. There are numerous reason why red blood cells become small in size, it could be due to iron deficiency, other blood disorders.

Your bilirubin is high but liver enzymes are normal, so your liver is working fine but some of your red blood cells are getting destroyed causing the rise in bilrubin.

There is an increase in your red blood cell count, this happens when red blood cells are getting destroyed and many immature cells are being formed to cover the deficit up. I would get a retic count too to confirm.

I would suggest to go to a haematologist for treatment

So i should consult with haematologist not with general physician right?

Yes go to a heamtologist. I am suspecting it to be a type of hemolytic anemia.

Ma'am urine color, stool and color are fine, never gone through any diseases ever thats why have no tests no vaccination no medical history. Using own trimming and shaving accessories never shaved at saloon only hair cutting preferred, watched the barber to use new blade sanitize stuff before use.

for liver disease motion color become pale like white and urine color darkens..but yes liver profile and CBC is to be done for eight loss

Thanks for response sir. Lost weight around 5-7kg in a year. Stool color and condition is normal. Eye color slightly yellow or not very white. Urine color is light yellow if drinks more water becomes transparent if drink less water becomes yellow.

you need to get your hep B,C status
ultrasound abdomen specifically related to liver & CBD

it is evident from your reports that you hav jaundice & might be due to liver or Common bile duct obstruction

Right can you please tell me what should i do next.
