General Practitioner in Lahore - Dr. Fareeza Nasir

u hav to take medicines if ur b.p is nt cntroled on diet and exercise

General Practitioner in Faisalabad - Dr. Suleman

if the reason for hypertension is known it can be managed permanently if any patient is suffering from primary hypertension it can be difficult to cure permanently

General Practitioner in Rawalpindi - Dr. Hadia Amjad

There is as such no permanent cure for high BP but lifestyle modifications like exercise, healthy diet, less salt intake are helpful and necessary for a long healthy life. Continuously high bp can be dangerous as it can result in further complications like stroke, heartattack, aneurysm , heartfailure, narrowing of Blood vessels in kidney. So try not to skip your antihypertensive medicine.
