Asking for Self, Female, 37 years old, Karachi

Hi, I have been facing this problem on and off that i have headache and sometimes dizziness while working. I have gotten my eyesight test and everything is fine. I also have gotten checked by the ENT for the sinus problem as i used to have pain in my right ear but he also said its not due to sinus. I also feel light headed when i stand up and my ears gets pressurized as if i am in the elevator but it happens even when i am standing up from my seat. Please let me know what exactly the issue is.

its been a year i get this on and off but specially with weather is little cold or i wash my head with cold water it worsens. so i get headache specially on the right side of back head which goes through ear and also my right jaw. it also effects my right eye vision sometimes that things look blurr on laptop. and when i stand up i feel light headed and needs few seconds to normalize. it really effects my office work as i need more energy to focus on the screen. please let me know which kind of specialist is suitable to have the detail checkup.

thanks & regards,

According to symptoms it can be a postural hypotension
Which u when standup from sitting position feels dizzy for brief moment of time. You need to increase fluid intake . Avoid caffeine and sugary foods
