Aoa. I have elevated sgpt which is about 150. i have done all related test like hepatitis A,b and c. all are negative and inactive. beside this i have done thyroites test which is also in normal range.Dr said that there is no reason behind ur elevated sgpt, it is genetically elevated. i sometimes have svere pain beneath my ribs. i have done ultrasound which reports are clear. no fatty liver. i m slim and don't have to much weight. i have also done fibroscan which showed liver 4.5kpa rigidity. Can anyone suggest what will be the real problem?
WA
high levels of ALT can be due to liver cell injury, non alcoholic fatty liver disease or it may be heridtery as in your case. heridtry means your genes are programmed to make more ALT.
for pain beneath your ribs, kindly give detailed history like for how long you're experiencing the pain, is it associated with food intake or any other activity?

hi i would like to know more about your history, are you a smoker or any other similar habit? your general diet?any history of fall, surgery? any significant family history? investigations that you have mentioned are all normal though.
if taking any medicine, stop it immediately & consult online
keep an eye ou ur food order, increase ur water intake and exercise like walking and running routine, reduce oil intake and massage ur feet everynight. Ur case is genetic related but could be better by change ur lifestyle.
