Get his blood pressure
checked regularly.
Get an ECG done to look for any cardiac issue or rhytm distubance

No fever.. But pain under ribs.. No seriois Acidity issues.. There is no TB history in the past in our family

prolonged cough can cause pain under ribs. Theres no fever so no antibiotics needed either. Ask him to gargle w slightly warm water w salt thrice a day. Ginger tea will also help. If the cough still persists then pls get PPD test done to rule out TB.

What's his blood sugar levels during these two weeks and what about his hydration status, diet details and urinary symptoms?any past chest xray or ultrasound abdomen for kidney status done?
