also have you noticed any weight gain in recent months/years? whats your current weight and height?

normally color of palm is oike pinkish and when cold it becomes whitish

sounds like raynaud phenomenon. Pls consult an internal medicine specialist. We need to rule out certain conditions as it can be secondary to them or idiopathic (unknown cause). Till then avoid smoking and exposure to cold environment, both of which are triggers. Your doctor will probably prescribe you a medicine for it but it is important to rule out other conditions too.
