Fibroadenomas are benign and not dangerous. They usually regress in women in their 40's. Have it examined after 3 months to see whether there's any increase in size. You can take some simple pain relievers like Panadol but usually it doesn't need any potent pain medication.

No it's not dangerous, just needs follow up, yes can increase in size... Resection is ultimate treatment

General Practitioner in Multan - Dr. Momina Siddiqui

Fibroadenoma isn't dangerous because it doesn't transform into cancer. This is the big plus point of it. But yes it can increases into size. It can also cause pain which can be relieved by painkillers. So the ultimate treatment is surgicsl removal of the lump. It doesn't heal with medicines. Medicines are only used to reduce pain.

General Practitioner in Taxila - Dr. Hafiza Zobaia Mazhar

you need a surgical excision. this surgery is not harmful.

Give it some time, almost 2-3 months. And look for changes in size of lump if any.If regresses spontaneously, then no intervention needed. Incase size increases, go for resection. Don’t worry fibroadenoma is benign anyways.
