Blood In Stool

Question

She is having blood in stool as identified in toilet, at first she thought its a period blood but there was no periods or spotting. after two days again there was blood while passing stool. At first it was not much but today the quantity of blood was more than before. 
I want to know if that is normal or is this something serious. She has a history of abnormal days for periods thats why she its period blood.

and rizeq 40mg
get ultrasound whole abdomin
stool D/R and Stool C/s
If symptoms are not getting better than will go for endoscopy.
adv: soft diet and more water
if condition is worsening than admit the patient keep NPO the patient start sandostatin and rizek according the advice of sitting doctor
