Talk to General Physician on X Ray Of A Covid +ve Patient
Asking for Mother, Female, 60 years old, Sukkur
My mom is diagnosed with covid, she has no comorbids like diabetes and heart disease but she eats paan (with tobacco). She was sick for a 4-5 days period after which we doubt she has covid and gone for test. She had fever for 5 days not more than 100 but there was fever almost contstantly. Little bit cough was also there at night. But now she has body pain. Attaching the X ray, kindly tell what does it says as I couldn’t get the report.

It is difficult to comment X-ray in this way. However there is nothing very obvious seen.
I need to know history, symptoms, Oxygen saturation, blood testing to advise appropriately.
left lobe consolidation most likely lobar pneumonia. tablet moxiget 400mg od for 5 days tab Panadol 2+2+2 cap dmax 2 lac unit stat than CAC 1000 daily for 1 month. good hydration soup yakhni. for cough syp coferb 2 tsf 6hrly
plz buy a saturation probe and check her saturation CBC CRP LFTs UCE and pro calcitonin levels from Dow or aku lab
