it is very important to treat the patient and not the reports
pls make an appointment to review case with a full history to reach a better diagnostic and treatment plan

Repeat the random glucose and CBC again in one week. Sometimes ciprofloxacin is used to treat typhoid which can increase the glucose levels. However, if you haven't used this particular antibiotic, and if it persistent even after discontinuation of meds, get the HbA1C done and visit nearest endocrinologist.

As of the weakness, it will go away with time but give him plenty of fluids, fruits and multivitamin that preferably has decent amount of Vitamin B in it.
