Talk to General Physician on Unidentified

Hi ..i was ill 2 years ago mucous disharge in stool after that having boils in genital area ..burning sensation in urine..i recently had dengue infection but i think i survived but i feel fast heart rate everyday yesterday it was 111 pulse /min today 108 during this i feel frightening feeling due to some family tensions ..i can feel my heart beat with my eyes my whole body moves with my beating.i have been on drugs like heroin for a year but i stoped it 2 months ago .plz give a advise thanks
