From Endocrinologist ( Hormones Specialist ) point of view, it may not be completely normal.
1- TSH is the higher end of Normal.
2-T4 is Low normal. Ideally. free T4 should be done.
I need to know the symptoms & medication history, if symptoms are suggestive of Hypothyroidism, she will need TPO Ab. She may be developing Subclinical/clinical hypo thyroidism.

I would suggest to repeat the TSH & Free T4 after 6 weeks.

If you want Specialist review, can book my appointment.

Thanks for sharing ur report. It’s better to get “Free T3 and Free T4 done and the TSH is on higher normal side. Does she have any symptoms like weight gain, day time sleepiness, tiredness, slow response, anxiety ?

It is not saying anything because reports don’t speak but patients do . Every report is interpreted in context of reason for that test . So more important than posting test report is why this test was requested by the was purely based on numbers this is normal report. I totally disagree with my colleague there is no added value of free t3/4 with given results . TSH is on it own reasonable predictor of thyroid status
