Hello,2 years ago i had severe urethral burning after urination. I visited doctor he prescribed antibiotics ciprofloxacin for 14 days but no use, an other doctor suggests doxycycline for 7 days it worked but pain was there so he diagnosed with prostatitis told to continue with antibiotics an prostate masage after prostate massage pain disappeared but had swelling in testicles now taking homeopathic combination sabal+sersapprila+aconite30 and R1 for 1year its working with urine passing but swelling of testes is not reduced

there are so many reason of testicular pain if it was due to infection then it must be settle with antibiotics but u still have pain so I must have to evaluate it by testicular or scrotum USG plus USG KUB. Use syrup citralka 2 TSP mix in half glass of water in empty stomach three times a day for 3 days and tab flagyl 400mg three time a day for 3 days
