Talk to General Physician on Sudden Sharp Pain Bw Shoulder Blades And Hip Joint.Chest Pain Is Bearable.

I got severe tensed after messing up my Viva exam. there is a sudden sharp pain between the shoulder blades and also chest pain but chest pain is bearable. there is also sharp pain in my hip joint on right side. now its been an hour shoulder pain is constant and now my right thigh and leg is getting numbed because of pain in hip joint. now I am also having pain in my neck and right jaw and right ear. no shortness of breath. One thing that I also want to mention is that my normal bp is 100/70 but from last 2 weeks it's above 120/80 and heart rate was above 110 because of the exams stress. do I have to worry about angina attack because chest pain was quite negligible.?
