Talk to General Physician on Stiffness In Neck And Shoulder

Hi, my mother is bed ridden due to Cirrhosis and Hydrocephalus. She cannot move her body. She has bed soars and acquired stiffness in neck and shoulder and her face is usually on one side. She feels pain while we try to move her head to the other side. Are there any physiotherapists who can visit home to do therapy? Her private doctor has advised against admitting in the hospital due to her condition and the situation right now. Kindly advise what is the best solution in this condition. Thanks
