Aj mujy achanak sy cheat heavyness k sath saans ki problem hui or sath mn heart beat b 110 the bp 140/100. 2 dafa aisa attack hua ab sans lyny mn halka sa problem feel ho raha. Feeling weakness alot now. Kya waja ho sakti hy or mujy kya krna chahiay?
