Talk to General Physician on Sneezing, Nasal Blockage

Since 3days having sneezing, watery eyes, sore throat, occasional cough to clear throat, one nostril get block while other open and vice versa. No fever, no breathing/chest issue, Taking Arinac Forte twice a day since 3days. Now Sore throat is 90percent gone but not other symptoms. (These symptoms happen almost every year when season changes) No history of travel abroad or exposure to any person with the above symptoms. What should I take in this coronavirus pandemic situation? Thanks
