Talk to General Physician on Sleeping Disorder

Dear Doctors. from last 18 months I have been facing Allergic rhinitis and stress , I am taking Fexet 120, seroxat 12.5, Revotal 1mg at night .. feel very uncomfortable like breathing , dry moth, chest tightness, feel haviness in left chest side, for two three hours then I got sleep at late night 12Am or 1 Am , and get up early morning 7:00 Am or 8 Am ,

then I tried my level best to sleep at day time but never get to sleep , if I fall in sleep at day time only for a minute suddenly I get up and my sesnes lost away for few seconds.

I fail to sleep day time .

dears suggest me what to do .
