Talk to General Physician on Sexually Transmitted Disease

Doctor I had unprotected sex 2 weeks ago after 4 days of intercourse, I noticed pus discharge from penis and also pain while urinating, erection also causes pain and I couldn't have proper erection due to that pain, Currently I'm taking Noroxin antibiotic from 9 days and I didn't notice any change, I researched and found that one dose of azithromycin and following doxycycline for 2 weeks will cure the disease. Can you tell me what should I do? Does taking azithromycin and doxycycline will treat it?
this is something related to sexually transmitted disease or a UTI . at least have your urine dr and culture done. I don not agree with the choice of antibiotic you are taking
