Severe Weakness

I am 29 years old. Mother of three kids. I am covid positive. Today is my 6th day. Taking anti boitic. Surbex z and cac1000. I had mild covid symptoms. But now I am feeling very tired and weak. I have no energy. Unable to hold even a glass of water. What should I take. Please suggest me good multi vitamin. And any test is required

just take rest and keep an eye on your oxygen level, no multivitamins are requiree...take 2 panadol every 8 hours
