Severe Back Pain

Assalam o Alikum I have pain in my back around 3 months. But with the passage of time pain is increases. I am unmarried and not consultant any doctor before.
I cannot properly bent because of the pain.

Pain can be due to many reasons
back pain
any association wd buttock pain
is pain or rest or during exertion
any night time pain
any Sittfness

So there are
inflammatory type issue which affect young aged
then mechanical disc related
