Asalamalikum Sir last 1 month sa mujay laitay huway karwat lainay mai ya pir outtay aur kahray hotay huway chakar a rahay hai chakar mai sirf mera sar gumta hai pori duniya nahi last 12 years sa mai stress ki wajay sa mera sar hilnay laga tha tpu dr mughis shirani nay mujay indaral 40 mg ko aik waqat kahnay ko di hui hai plz jaldi answer da dain plz .
W.salam . From the history it seems that you have benign paroxysmal positional vertigo ( BPPV ). .. for the time being you should take medicine and consult physiotherapist . You should take Tab. Serc ( Betahistine ) 8mg once daily for one month , continue Tab. inderal and also take physiotherapist opinion for CRP( canalith repositioning procedure ). Hope it helps. Regards
