I faced pudental neuralgia due to excessive running gym plus cycling for hours is there is any cure for this disease???
This can be treated with proper physical therapy and pain killers, muscle relaxants, at times epidural injections work if pain is excruciating and used to relieve pain for that you need a n orthopaedic surgeon consultation.Rehabilitation low impact exercises are recommended like low impact walking swimming stretches and exercises can reduce pain. Sitting for a long time should be avoided and use a special Donut cushion to sit on.
Stay strong.
pundendal neuralgia can be managed conservatiely as well as medically. Try to avoid certain things that exacerbate pain, such as vigorous exercise, sitting in a position for long etc.
physiotherapy is also quite helpul in this pain. your physiotherapist can help you in relaxing pelvic floor muscles and thereby helping alleviating pain.
pundendal nerve block is also indicated in excruciating pain.
certain medicines, like NSAIDS, Gabapentin can also be very helpful.
lastly, surgery, releasing pundendal nerve can be very effective.

Assalamoalaikum,
First of all a diagnosis needs to be established, to confirm it is Pudendal neuralgia or not.
After confirmation, the best treatment option is conservative management, until or unless there is narrowing of the pudendal canal. Conservative management includes pain killers, epidurals, steroids, nerve blocks, and physiotherapy. Its best to opt for physiotherapy first and foremost.
But before going for treatment, make sure that its the correct diagnosis.
Best of luck!
