Pressure On Chest

Assalam-o-alikum to  respected doctors,
I m  feeling pressure on my chest  and whole abdomen from 3 or 4 mnths . Saans laita hon to aisa lgta hai saans HALAQ main phsti hai ( kabhi kabar) and Nose sy bhe aisa he lgta hai saans laitay howe aisa lgta hai k halaq aur chest main Balgham hai .  4 mrtaba ECG bhe karwae hai aur cheat xray bhe. Cardiologist kehty hai k heart k  problem nai hai but heart beat bhe aisa lgta hai k bhrti hai BP 90 to 140 rehta hai aksar. Siger level normal range main rehta hai cholestrol thora bhara howa tha but  i m sure  diet ki wajah sy control hogaya hai.  Daily raat hony k bd dr lgta hai abhi mukhe heart attack ho jaaega neend nai aati hai . Pl help bohat pareshan hoo 
Jab kissi kam main bizzy rehta hn to normal hota hn but jab free hota hn to direct dehan Heart ki taraf jata hai aur kuch hony lgta hai . Pl help

If cardiologist has examined you and says it's not a heart issue, it could be due to  hyperacidity or anxiety. You should see a physician.
