Asking for Self, Male, 36 years old, Sangla Hill

My Hba1c result just came with 6.5 reading, but before this whenever I check my fasting sugar its under 100, but after this report, now my fasting sugar falls in between 100 and 120. Is I am pre diabetic or diabetic or what should I do now. After meal my sugar level is under 140.can I still reverse it?
