Hi can u please recommend any piles specialist dr in rawalpindi my father had this problem about 10 years now every time he had medicine and after few times he had problem again..

Piles can easily be treated. Take your father to any good surgical specialist/ surgeon. They are the most qualified to treat. If internal, can be treated a general physician as well. Visit any hospital. Very easily treatable.
After treatment though, please take care that he doesn't develop constipation, and doesn't apply a a lot of pressure when using the toilet. A diet rich in fiber, with good hydration will help.
