Asking For Other, Female 26, Rawlpindi
I had my last period on 29th of March, 2019. I am not on any medication and I am not married either. This month I have not had my periods and gradual acne spots are emerging on my face. Apart from medications, i would be delighted to get advice on home remedies.

You need to give complete history exam and labs ranging from endocrine gynecologic to neurologic system
Thanks for sharing the concern. Can u share more about ur complain ? Acne since when ? use of oil based cosmetics ? facial hair ? weight gain ? increased thirst and ruination ? period irregularity ? heavy bleeding ? Some tests need to be done to know the cause of ur problem. Answer above questions to let know more abt ur problem.

I do not have any period irregularities. My acne has just started recently around two days ago and that to minor blackheads turning into puss filled pimples. I do not use cosmetics at all. My facial hair has just started turning thick, particulalry those right underneath my chin. My thirst and urination tracks are not abnormal, they have not changed much and are as before.

There is another thing I would like to discuss is that i have this slight instances of a feeling of stretches a bit under where my pelvic bone starts. I always have it before my periods start. This time i have been having them with many intervals and still my periods have not arrived.
