Talk to General Physician on Pain In Neck, Arm During Heavy Physical Activity

AoA to all, 3 4 sal say meri chest, left arm and neck main aksar pain rehta hay, and note kia hay k physical activity k sath left side neck and shoulder main is trah ka pain start ho jata hay jesay muscles pull ho gaye hon, sath ghbrahat bhi hoti hay, is k ilawa left leg and left jaw and left eye main b ajeeb sa pain start ho jata hay, kuch dair rest krnay say pain ki intensity kuch km hoti hay, lakin neck n back main pain or thakawat taqreeban 7 8 ghntay tk rehti hay, heart related test b kafi krwaye hain bt sb normal atay hain, like ecg, ett, trop i, thallium stress test done in dec 2019 was also normal. i am over weight and also heavy smoker. kindly suggest me what to do? suggest me any good consultant who is available on video.
