How can i get rid of irritating sort of pain under left shoulder blade, leading towards lower arm and fingers as well ??

3. if it occurs after weight lifting & it's severe in nature, we'll advise Xray & Orthopaedic Opinion.
4. if it occurs in chest too, we'll advise Cardiac Opinion & ECG
5. for this Time, you can Take
Tab. Synflex 500
1+1+1
3 times daily (8 hourly 1 tablet)
Tab. Qalsan D
1+0+1
2 times daily (12 hourly)
avoid weight lifting from left arm
