Doctor has recommended either knee replacement surgery or regenerative stem cell therapy for knees. Which one is better, cost effective and requires least amount of post surgery / procedure care? The patient refuses to cut down on sugar intake or climbing stairs etc. Thank you

needs total knee replacement.it ll be expensive but is the only definite treatment.
it LL relieve ur pain but range of motion will remain the same
secondly stem cell regeneration is bit controversial as we don't know about definite results as it is a may or may not situation
depending on the age of pt and comorbs we can give her intra articular steroids n pain killers n she ll have less pain n that ll work for her
