There may be nerve impingement at cervical..or may be small joints going to effect due to raised uric acid..
first: take regular medicine to lower the levels of uric acid..zylore..or whatever medicine the concerned doctor suggested.
secondly i can teach you some exercise for the pain and numbness of the hand over video call..
