I am having this pain since two years. I used to do yoga in past. and still I practice it whenever I have time. but never feel pain in past. I have two kids. during the 2nd pregnancy I first time experienced this pain.

There has to be some kind of inflammation in your knees if there is no history of injury.
You should get your Serum URIC Acid, RAFactor, ESR and ASO Titre + X Rays of your knees done.
Diagnosis is must before starting any kind of treatment blindly.

I have pain in my left kneee
I did MRI last year, dr said i have partial ligament tear. He recommended me physiotherapy and also gave Home plan too.
Can anyone tell me is it possible to recover my tear and become normal just like that before that injury?
