Talk to General Physician on Pain At Back Of Head

As salam o Alaikum

I am feeling tension, stretching, and minute pain at back side of my head just above the neck. When touched, the area feels a little swollen (like a little raised). But no pain by touching or pressing. I am feeling vertigo and headache too. Kindly guide me what is this and how to treat this. I m too worried.
