Go for General Physician, he will check the symptoms, if there are no physical, cardiac or other physical health problem detected, then update us, we can check for the symptoms for insomnia, or any presence of anxiety .

You need to visit a General Physician to get your self examine medically. The other thing you mentioned GHABRAHAT, if it persists after that without any medical reason then need yo visit a psychologist.

waalikum assalam, sir have you considered getting a complete physical check
up? It might be a physical issue. You may discuss your issue with general
practitioner as sometimes pain like this may actually be a biological issue.
If your diagnostics are clear then you may have appointment with me for
psychological screening. Psychological treatments such as pain mangement
would be helpful.Moreover, diagnostic interview with a psychologist also
helps in understanding the problem to great extent.
