Better consult your previous Doctor/Psychiatrist who prescribed these medicines and don't self medicate. Readjustment of your Dose by your previous Doctor can help you. Besides this, 30 minutes brisk walk and 30 minutes exercise at Jim or any outdoor game of your choice like cricket, football can help you. Reduce intake of fatty food and cold drinks.

If others may, I will still not recommend orlistat because it can harm your liver. Take other measures by controlling diet and exercise
