Talk to General Physician on Numbness In Hands

person-avatar

Asking for Self, Male, 31 years old, Lahore

AOA, asking for myself. I have started to feel numbness in my hand or in my arm while sleeping at night. This is becoming quite usual now as I feel that every other day. Also I started riding motorbike after quite sometime recently and noticed a slight tingling or a light current like feeling in my hands. Not sure if this is because of the cold because I had the gloves on. Can you please guide which doctor should I consult? Should I consult a physiologist or a neurologist?

General Physician in Faisalabad - Dr. Waqas Ahmed

Stop bike riding for few days, and support your neck, it could be becuase of problem in your cervical vertebra.
Don't use high pillows, keep a good posture for mobile and laptop use.
take tablet Neurobion 1 daily for 2 weeks
InshaAllah you will be fine

General Physician in Islamabad - Dr. Uzma Kamran

You could try some strategies as recommended by doctor Waqas Ahmed for a few days. If they don’t work, then book an appointment with a general physician/ neurologist
