I have routine shin pain whenever i do some long walk, and kindly tell how to make nerves or nervous system strong .. whenever i do alot of stretching or lift normal heavy objects, i feel weakness in arm bending and while holding cup of tea same weakness feelings. . i do alot of pushups also but no signs of arms weakness etc, only while lifiting object or doing of cricket bowling ..
