this is umbilical hernia do u have any other symptoms? u should go for an abdominal ultrasound to see it's content and to rule out any underlying pathology.if it's painless n there is no underlying pathology u can leave it but keep an eye on new onset symptom like sudden onsent abd pain or fever or tenderness.for now go for thorough abdominal examibarion n abdominal ultrasound .
