i am taking clomipril 150 mg for ocd. i have the severe constipation as side effect . is there any way to relieve constipation or to avoide side effect

2.. use fresh greeny vegetables
3.. avoid red meat
4.. if still constipation use tab lexabaron sirf rat main one tablet
Take Luzy(Kamal) tablet.One tablet to be chewed once a day
increase your fiber intake guava apples daily 8glass water
Take penalty of water and walk daily in morning and night.
Avoid rice oily and junks food etc
