AOA! See gastroenterologist and get ur endoscopy done first of all. Medicine will have to be continued for long periods. If you stop medicine the symptoms will get worse as these medicines suppress acid production in stomach and when you stop there is rebound excess secretion of acid which makes the symptoms worse.
