Get online appointment through marham soo first of all the origin and cause of pain can be assessed properly..only then it can be treated. as there are soo many reasons of lower back pain..
plz consult me online thru marham i will help you in a better way thanks for your concerns
Focus on these red flag signs: 1. Persistent pain at night. 2. No control Urine. 3. Fever. 4. Weight loss. 5. History trauma/ fall.. 6. Difficulty in moving legs..... if u have not such symptoms then then don’t panic, its most likely its due to muscle spasm or slight vertebral compression. Get an xray of lumbar spine. Modify your sitting posture (use back support). Avoid lifting objects with bending forward , bending knees and put pressure over knee joint instead of back/spine. Regards
Thanks for sharing your concern. 4,5 months is a long period and if it has increased gradually then certainly it must be bothersome. Upper back or lower back ? Did it start after any particular event like trauma or lifting weight ? Is this pain at any specific time early morning or night time, is the pain relieved or worsen by the end of the day, any associated weight loss, fever ? Problem bending the back ? Does this pain go to ur leg ? numbness ? Any incidents of soiling trousers without knowing ?

Lower back, nothing goes down to my legs. Nothing like trauma or serious accident. I was a weight lifter and a boxer since my teenage. Yeah I feel a little numbness in my legs at some point but not much. the pain grew with the passage of time and now its on it's peak. I can't stand properly after sitting for a while and vice versa. even while laying down I can't move without mourning.

and it gets worsen at the end of the day. Even it's high when I wake up in the morning. And bending my back is not my game now I can't do anything while bending my back. And there is nothing like weight loss but yeah my body is going to loosen up like love handles and chest shape distortion and tummy, in simple words like I got my body out of shape now.

i.would recommend you to get your MRI spine down before consulting any doctor. it would give you a clear image to whom you should visit. meanwhile take muscle relaxant and apply movex...use hot water bottle for temporary pain relief.
AOA! Low back pain at young age with prolonged duration ( if no previous history of any trauma to back) indicate some Rheumatological issue and tests should be done to rule it out like ESR,CRP and X-ray of lumbosacral spine . If the inflammatory markers are high then you should consult a Rheumatologist otherwise a visit to orthopedic specialist will help in clinical exam and diagnosis. In the meantime regular paracetamol , vitamin D and calcium supplements should help. See if you can do your vitamin D level checked along with the above mentioned blood tests. Also some light exercises like walking, cycling would be helpful. Thanks
Aoa , Just take physical therapy sessions no medication no surgery .
Get an x-ray (AP & Lat view) and if possible MRI too.
visit a Physiotherapist. You'll get Rid of this pain
You need proper Consultation. It will get better if you take proper sessions of physiotherapy. Without any medicine you will feel the Relief. Book your appointment.

Yeah, sometimes my legs feel numb. Not married. I had been a dead lifter and a boxer but no such injuries I got. This pain started after suffering from hepatitis A in December.
