Asking For Mother, Female 52, lahorr
My mother is suffering from lower back pain from last 3 days... She is having pains while moving, laying, and walking.. We gave her pain killers and also use wintogin but it didn't effect her. Kindly suggest in this regard

Do MRI lumbosacral spine and Take following medicine . And follow up in OPD. Tab Proxen 500 mg 1+0+1 after meal. Tab Dologab 75 mg 0+0+1 HS in night . Cap Nexum 1+0+0 before breakfast. For two weeks .
xray lumbar spine needs t be done..the treatment is activity modification..weight reduction if obese certan exercises and medicines includes pain killer and muscles relaxants.
