Loose Motion/ Semi Solid Stoll. Before Stool Pain And After Stoll Pain Relax

in one day I go to 5 to 6 time stool passing. this stool pasing 5 to 6 time problem from 3 to 6 month. 
some dr says stool passing cause yr TSH level high.  and large intestine issue. 
can someone guide me.
